Information may include account and profile details, brokerage information, listing and marketing information, CRM contacts you choose to store, buyer inquiry information, and basic technical information needed to operate and secure the service.

How information is used

Information is used to provide Listing Launchpad features, connect inquiries with the appropriate property and real estate professional, support account access, create marketing materials, maintain records, prevent abuse, and improve the service.

Buyer inquiries

When a buyer submits an inquiry, the contact information and answers they provide may be shared with the real estate and mortgage professionals involved with that property so the inquiry can be answered and, when appropriate, financing or showing options can be discussed.

Service providers

Listing Launchpad may use third-party technology providers for hosting, authentication, property data, storage, analytics, and related operational services. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services.

Your choices

Do not submit information you do not have authority to provide. Buyers may choose not to submit an inquiry. Account users may update profile information and may request help regarding information associated with their account.

Security and retention

Reasonable administrative and technical safeguards are used to protect information. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Information may be retained as needed to operate the service, maintain records, comply with applicable requirements, and resolve disputes.
