Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of Listing Launchpad. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to use it lawfully and only with information, listings, photos, and marketing materials you are authorized to use.

Real estate professional responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy of listing information you submit, obtaining required seller and photo permissions, following brokerage and MLS rules, and complying with advertising, agency, disclosure, fair housing, privacy, communication, and other requirements that apply to your activities.

Marketing and property data

Property information may come from user submissions or third-party data sources and should be reviewed before publication. Listing Launchpad does not guarantee that third-party property data is complete, current, or error-free.

Buyer inquiries and financing

Buyer inquiries do not guarantee qualification, financing, representation, a showing, or a completed transaction. Mortgage discussions remain subject to applicable underwriting, licensing, disclosure, and lender requirements.

Accounts and acceptable use

Keep your account credentials secure. Do not use the service to impersonate others, submit unauthorized information, send unlawful communications, interfere with the service, or attempt to access information you are not authorized to view.

Availability

Features may change as Listing Launchpad evolves. Third-party services, data feeds, social platforms, and integrations may be modified, delayed, or unavailable outside Listing Launchpad's control.

The service is provided as a workflow and marketing tool. You remain responsible for professional judgment, legal and regulatory compliance, and review of materials before they are used publicly.
